The work analyzes the peculiarities of the reproductive process in the agricultural sector, which is the basis of the stable functioning of enterprises and determines their ability to increase production potential, improve product quality, adapt to market conditions and ensure economic security. The economic features of agriculture as a branch of the economic complex determine a specific set of technical and organizational conditions that characterize reproductive processes in this sector. In the conditions of modern globalization and increased competition, agricultural enterprises face numerous challenges: fluctuations in the prices of resources and agricultural products, climate changes, increased dependence on financial and natural resources, the need for innovations, etc. Therefore, it is important for agrarian business enterprises to form an effective reproduction system, which will not only ensure the stability of their activities, but also contribute to risk management and increase the level of their economic security. The reproduction of fixed assets in agriculture today is determined not only by the specifics of the industry, the valuable and natural-material component of fixed assets, but also by the economic situation, which restrains the technical and technological renewal of agricultural production. Features of the reproductive process in agrarian business include a number of specific aspects, such as seasonality of production, dependence on natural conditions, the need for special technical means, high cost of the main means of production, in particular, land resources. These features require a comprehensive approach to managing the reproduction of resources, ensuring their optimal use and modernization. Reproduction of resources, including material, financial, personnel, land and technological, ensures stability and competitiveness of enterprises, allows to achieve better production results, minimize risks associated with their activities, and increase resistance to external threats.
