Modern Information System in Entrepreneurship: Technologies for Management Data

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role of a modern information system in the effective functioning of entrepreneurship, focused on digital technologies for providing management with information and data. The object of the study is the process of formation and functioning of information support in the business management system. It is proven that the relevance of the topic is due to the intensification of competition in the markets, the digitalization of the economy and the complication of business processes. Entrepreneurship, which ignores modern technologies for processing and protecting information, loses not only efficiency and flexibility, but also the ability to strategic development. Information support becomes not an auxiliary, but a determining factor in increasing the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity. In this regard, the formation of a reliable and adaptive information system is a key condition for the competitiveness and stability of business structures. The article defines the importance of a modern information system as a key element of the effective functioning of entrepreneurship in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The need for a systematic approach to the formation of information support is substantiated, taking into account the needs of management for reliable, relevant and secure data. It is established that information as a resource plays a leading role in the analytical and strategic activities of entrepreneurship, and information and analytical support is an integral part of the management process. Four stages of the formation of a modern information system in entrepreneurship are characterized: analysis of information needs, design of system architecture, integration of technological solutions and automation, as well as constant improvement and adaptation to environmental changes. It is proved that only the phased and integrated implementation of these elements allows ensuring the effective functioning of the information infrastructure. The main digital transformations are identified: real-time data orientation, cloud services, artificial intelligence integration, and cyber security automation. Each of these processes contributes to improving information security, mobility, and analytical capabilities of business management.
