Strategic management of the land fund is a key factor in ensuring sustainable economic development of the country, preserving the natural environment and meeting the needs of society with agricultural products. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the directions of strategic management of land resources of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine in conditions of war and post-war reconstruction in order to develop and ensure the sustainability of the economic growth of the state.
To achieve the goal of the study, the following methods were used: generalization (to identify the economic essence of strategic management of land resources during the war and the post-war period of reconstruction of the agrarian sector of the economy); systematization (to analyze the structure of economic factors that affect the strategic management of land relations and high-tech land use), logical and graphical (to clearly present scientific material on improving the management of land resources of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine in the long term).
It was established that strategic management of land resources in conditions of war and post-war reconstruction in Ukraine through the introduction of modern technologies is key to ensuring sustainable and competitive development of the agrarian sector of the economy. The use of innovative resource-saving technologies and equipment, increasing the efficiency of resource use and improving soil quality will contribute to the preservation of the country's land potential and ensuring its food security. It is substantiated that the fundamental basis for increasing the efficiency of managerial activities of managers and specialists in agricultural production is the implementation of innovative approaches to high-tech or precision agriculture, which is becoming increasingly popular in the leading agrarian countries of the world. Precision agriculture involves managing yields taking into account local changes in the environment in individual sections of the field. In economic and environmental approaches, it means the rational use of land resources at the level of each square meter of arable land where crops are grown. The main strategic management of land resources is to maximize profits through the optimization of production processes in agriculture, ensuring savings and conservation of both land and other resources, which, in turn, contributes to the production of quality products and environmental protection.
