Abstract

Modern organizations operate in an environment characterized by high dynamics of change and constant transformation processes. These changes include technological innovations, globalization, socio-economic shifts that affect all aspects of organizations' activities, including personnel management. Effective employee motivation is a key factor in the success of enterprises, therefore understanding the impact of transformation processes on the motivation management system is particularly relevant. The article examines current aspects of personnel motivation management in the context of global changes. The main trends in the transformation of motivational systems are analyzed, including the evolution of benefits and bonuses, which are gradually losing their attractiveness as the only means of stimulation. It is noted that the standard package of benefits can be perceived as a lack of innovation and indicates the inability of the company to adapt to new market requirements. The article emphasizes the importance of a differentiated approach to motivation that takes into account individual needs, in particular, the desire of personnel for flexibility, professional development and work-life balance. It is noted that a differentiated approach requires significant financial resources and time. Problems for small businesses in implementing personalized programs due to limited resources are identified. The risk of using a differentiated approach in small businesses is identified, which is associated with the lack of an internal culture of feedback and personal interaction with employees. Recommendations are proposed for the integration of flexible motivation management strategies aimed at supporting a corporate culture that has a positive long-term impact on employee productivity and engagement. Among these strategies, special attention is paid to adapting working hours, introducing professional growth, developing unique skills, and ensuring a balance between personal life and work. The author considers the features of the motivation of “generation Y”, which are the desire for flexibility and a high level of digital competence of its representatives. Recommendations are developed for adapting motivational systems to the needs of generation Y, in particular social responsibility, development of unique skills, and technological integration. Recommendations from international experience are provided, which are focused on creating an innovative environment that will contribute to the harmonious combination of professional and personal goals of employees.
