International partnership in the development of the global economy

Abstract

Current global trends are characterised by a slowdown in economic growth and a decline in the effectiveness of cooperation between global market participants. Forecasts for the future development of the global economy are based on a significant intensification of trade conflicts, irrational events and geopolitics, which causes strategic uncertainty about the future.

Purpose. The author's research aims to assess trends in the development of the global economy and international partnerships, identify opportunities, threats and risks in the development of the global economy, substantiate dependencies and identify priority areas for further interaction between global market participants, taking into account their priorities and interests.

Methods. Empirical and theoretical methods of scientific research were used in the study. Observation, comparison and measurement were used to identify the main trends in the global economy and international partnership. The author identified dependencies and substantiated the results of the scientific research using methods of analysis, abstraction and generalisation.

Results. The selection of alternative models of interaction and expansion of international partnership areas remains a relevant direction and priority for further development. Alternative models of global economic development are based on the principles of sustainability, social justice and environmentally-oriented development. The implementation and realisation of projects is focused on achieving a common result, which is an important priority in today's world: not to divide, but to unite efforts, opportunities, interests and needs.

Conclusions. Increased global risks and the transitive nature of relations between participants in the global market encourage the implementation of other models of development, transformation and orientation towards a fair economic environment. The use of alternative development models, the expansion of areas of cooperation, technical and technological partnerships, and support for initiatives make it possible to strengthen positions and ensure a collective rather than individual outcome. The further development of the global economy and global security depend on the coordination of decisions, a focus on rationality and an understanding of the situation, including with a view to expanding the scope and scale of international partnership. International partnership should be based on clear rules, principles, agreements, trust, and the voluntary participation of the parties.
