Abstract

The relevance of this study lies in the growing importance of socially significant aspects in the development of modern marketing strategies. The purpose of this work is to investigate the mechanisms by which the concept of social justice influences the transformation of brand strategies and to determine approaches to their adaptation in conditions of dynamic market changes. Methods. The methods used in the study include content analysis, which allowed to analyze the activities of campaigns and identify mechanisms for integrating social justice into brand communication; comparative analysis, used to study differences in the perception of socially oriented branding in different cultural and regional contexts; analysis of secondary sources, which provided a generalization of scientific approaches and practical data; as well as an analytical method that contributed to the formulation of working hypotheses and their confirmation. Results. The study demonstrated that branding based on socially significant events or cultural context is more effective. It has been proven that branding based on socially significant events or cultural context, and supported by the company's internal policies, is more effective than traditional approaches. The study revealed that brand authenticity is primarily ensured by the consistency of internal practices with external communications, the stability of the company's position over time, and the transparency of its activities. It has been established that taking real actions, such as implementing an equal pay policy or undertaking environmental projects, builds trust and fosters a positive perception of the brand. The effectiveness of socially oriented strategies depends on the correspondence of the stated principles to specific results, sensitivity to the cultural context, and the company's ability to respond quickly to social challenges. It is the combination of these conditions that contributes to the growth of consumer loyalty and creates the prerequisites for the financial sustainability of the enterprise. Conclusions. The integration of the concept of social justice into the brand strategy formation process is a necessary condition for maintaining competitiveness and audience trust. A promising direction for further research is the development of tools for assessing the long-term financial results of socially oriented branding.
