Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify practical approaches for integrating digital technologies into enterprise and organizational quality management systems and to assess the impact of digitalization on improving the accuracy, speed, and transparency of management processes. A comprehensive set of methods was applied, including analysis and synthesis of scientific sources, comparative analysis of modern quality management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), as well as empirical methods for evaluating the effectiveness of digital tool implementation in enterprises. The study demonstrates that digitalization enables the automation of control processes, real-time monitoring of critical indicators, and risk forecasting, which significantly reduces the likelihood of producing low-quality products and increases customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the integration of analytical systems and artificial intelligence algorithms contributes to resource optimization, accelerates decision-making processes, and enhances the coordination of different organizational units. The article also examines the current limitations of quality management systems in the context of digital transformation, including the low digital competence of personnel, the complexity of integrating existing systems, and cybersecurity risks. Based on a literature review and practical implementation, scientifically grounded recommendations for the phased implementation of digital tools are proposed, including the integration of software solutions for quality management, the use of analytical platforms for risk forecasting, process automation, and alignment with international standards. The research concludes that adapting quality management systems to the new challenges of digital transformation is strategically vital for enhancing enterprise competitiveness and operational efficiency, ensuring process transparency, and improving customer satisfaction. The results obtained can be applied both in practical enterprise activities for optimizing management processes and in scientific research for further development of methodologies for integrating digital technologies into quality management systems.
