Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the importance of an effective risk management system for ensuring the stable operation of Ukrainian management in an environment of instability and constant change. The study aimed to analyse the impact of external factors, such as economic, political and social risks, on the effectiveness of management activities in Ukraine. In addition, the current state of implementation of the risk-oriented model in the Ukrainian business environment was reviewed and the latest approaches to risk management were analysed.

One of the key aspects of this research was the study of the latest management models, their main components and shortcomings that arise in the process of implementing risk-based approaches. It is important to note that risks can have both a negative and a positive impact on an organisation's operations, so systematic risk management is essential to ensure business stability and efficiency.

To solve this problem, a methodology has been developed that includes risk identification, assessment, development and implementation of risk management strategies, monitoring of implementation, communication and reporting. The proposed methodology helps to increase the adaptability of Ukrainian management to the challenges of the modern business environment. It has also been determined that effective risk management can contribute to increasing management productivity, which ultimately has a positive impact on the country's economic development.

Particular attention was paid to the analysis of recent scientific works in order to identify the best ways to overcome the current challenges faced by Ukrainian management. The study identified the key factors that affect the quality of management activities and outlined the main challenges faced by Ukrainian business in the period of transformation. The use of innovative approaches to risk management can significantly improve the quality of the Ukrainian management model, ensuring its sustainability and productivity in an unstable environment, and promotes the development of human capital.
