Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical and scientific justification of the principles of strategic management of social responsibility of oil refining business in conditions of full-scale armed invasion. The object of the study is socially responsible management practices of oil refining enterprises. The article examines the strategic aspects of social responsibility management of oil refining business in conditions of full-scale armed invasion. The place of social responsibility in the system of strategic and tactical management of enterprises is determined, the importance of combining economic, environmental and social guidelines for ensuring the stability of production and logistics chains and the preservation of human capital is substantiated. It has been established that effective social responsibility management requires optimization of internal processes of regular monitoring of environmental risks, development of occupational safety and emergency preparedness systems, as well as coordination of adopted strategic decisions with energy security priorities. The feasibility of investing in the modernization of purification and energy-efficient technologies, in programs to support employees and communities, in business continuity protocols that reduce vulnerability to attacks on critical infrastructure is substantiated. The methodological principles of assessing social investments taking into account military threats are characterized, which include indicators of worker protection, environmental safety, availability of refined products and stability of supply. The generalized conclusions demonstrate that socially responsible management in the oil refining industry becomes a necessary condition for economic and social stability during periods of military threats and during reconstruction. In the future, it is important to analyze advanced international experience in adapting business models in wartime, and to explore mechanisms for partnership between the state and large companies.
