The study applies a comprehensive approach that includes systems analysis, comparison of existing theoretical models, synthesis of scientific concepts, and a critical review of current digital transformation practices. An analysis of both domestic and international scientific sources has been conducted, highlighting the key challenges in managing digital changes. Methods of systematization, structuring, modeling, and expert evaluation are used to develop an adaptive conceptual model. Results. The research confirmed that digital transformation of business processes is a multidimensional and complex phenomenon requiring a holistic management approach. A conceptual model of the digital transformation management system has been developed, integrating key aspects such as strategic digital vision, digital maturity audit, phased planning of transformation actions, integration of innovative technologies into business processes, as well as change management and digital culture formation. The main components of the adaptive approach is identified, enabling enterprises of various scales and sectors to enhance the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Recommendations has been proposed for considering industry-specific features, the level of personnel digital competence, and organizational culture to improve sustainability and competitiveness. Conclusions. The analysis indicates the necessity of integrating strategic, technological, organizational, and social aspects of digital transformation into a unified management system. Existing models have certain limitations, which necessitates the creation of adaptive and contextualized approaches. The developed conceptual model contributes to more effective implementation of digital changes, risk minimization, and strengthening the innovative potential of enterprises. Further research should focus on the development of practical tools and methodologies for evaluating the effectiveness of digital transformation across different industries and operational scales.
