Abstract

Abstract: In today’s business environment, companies are increasingly required to integrate logistics, marketing, and innovative project management approaches in order to remain competitive and drive growth. Logistics ensures efficient supply chain operations, marketing aligns processes with consumer needs, and project management provides strategic decisions that foster innovation and improve performance. At the same time, there is still a limited number of studies that comprehensively examine the interaction of these areas in the context of digital transformation. The aim of this research is to analyze how organizational efficiency, procurement strategies, and innovative management methods influence business performance. Particular attention is given to the role of digital technologies – specifically the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) – in enhancing logistics efficiency; to the importance of flexible management approaches; and to the improvement of sales processes through CRM systems. The methodological framework of the study includes a systematic literature review, analysis of secondary data, and case studies of both international corporations (Amazon) and leading Ukrainian companies (Nova Poshta, Rozetka). The findings indicate that the implementation of IoT and AI can reduce operational costs by 15–20% and improve forecasting accuracy by 25%. The use of Agile and Lean methodologies reduces project development time by an average of 23% and strengthens team collaboration. The integration of CRM systems increases customer satisfaction levels by around 20% and can also drive revenue growth. Thus, the integration of these tools delivers tangible benefits: from higher profits to increased productivity and an improved customer experience. The article presents a holistic approach that combines logistics, marketing, and project management, while offering practical recommendations for Ukrainian companies aiming to strengthen their market positions and achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic business environment.
