The article explores the theoretical and practical aspects of procurement management in Agile projects as a key tool for enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of modern organizations. The essence of the Agile Procurement concept is revealed, which is based on the principles of partnership, iteration, rapid decision-making, and the creation of added value for the customer. A comparative analysis of traditional and agile approaches to procurement organization is conducted according to the PMBOK and Agile/Scrum methodologies, which made it possible to identify structural, procedural, and methodological differences between these approaches. The study emphasizes that the transition from the classical to an adaptive procurement model ensures a reduction of the supply cycle, increased transparency, and a rapid response to changes in the external environment. The authors outline the main processes of Agile procurement–planning, supplier selection, contracting, and performance control–implemented through digital tools such as e-Procurement, SRM systems, Agile Procurement Canvas, SAP Ariba, and Jira. Special attention is given to the practical application areas of flexible procurement: the IT sector, high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, defense industry, and public sector. It is proven that Agile procurement contributes to the development of innovation, improves communication between the customer and supplier, and fosters the formation of long-term, value-oriented partnerships. The research results demonstrate that the implementation of Agile approaches in procurement requires the maturity of corporate culture, adaptation of the regulatory and contractual framework, and the development of competencies in flexible management. Thus, Agile procurement represents a promising direction for transforming traditional supply systems in the context of the digital economy and high market uncertainty.Downloads
