: In today's digital economy, the food delivery services market is showing consistently high growth dynamics, driven by the growing demand for fast, reliable and convenient online services. At the same time, competition in this sector is intensifying, and consumer behavior is becoming increasingly fragmented and emotionally sensitive. In such conditions, traditional marketing approaches focused on stimulating demand or short-term loyalty no longer ensure long-term sustainable customer loyalty. The article examines the concept of consumer culture formation as a novel element of marketing strategy in the grocery delivery services market. The research methodology is grounded in an interdisciplinary approach that combines elements of service marketing, behavioral economics, and customer experience management. The study analyzes the impact of consumer culture on customer loyalty and retention levels, revealing the mechanisms through which conscious and regular use of digital services transforms into sustained behavioral attachment.
A conceptual model for a consumer culture formation system has been proposed, incorporating analytical, target-oriented, programmatic, instrumental, and evaluation blocks, along with a developed structure for a consumer culture formation strategy that includes components for developing knowledge, habits, and value orientations for consumers. It has been demonstrated that such a system creates a closed cycle of user practice development and ensures long-term competitiveness of product delivery services. The research findings show that consumer culture formation enables reduction of customer churn, increases repeat order frequency, and strengthens brand trust, serving as a key strategic factor in a highly competitive digital environment.
