Abstract

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the approach to economic expertise as a tool of regulation of the effectiveness of marketing strategies in the national economy, which provides an evidentiary assessment of the effectiveness of costs, improves the quality of management decisions, and also supports the transparency and reproducibility of conclusions with the use of technologies based on artificial intelligence. The object of the study is the processes of regulation and economic assessment of the effectiveness of marketing strategies of business entities at the sectoral, inter-sectoral and regional levels in the system of national economy management. The article reveals economic expertise as an applied tool of regulation, which allows to check the economic feasibility of marketing strategies of enterprises, the correctness of calculations, data quality, as well as the presence of cause-and-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial results at the level of the national economy. It is substantiated that the integration of technologies based on artificial intelligence into expert procedures enhances the analytical capabilities of the state and regulatory institutions by processing large arrays of structured and unstructured data, identifying hidden patterns, forecasting demand and assessing the risks of inefficient use of resources. It is proved that the mechanism of such expertise in regulation should be built as a management cycle that combines regulatory requirements, institutional responsibility and economic levers of influence. At the same time, it is important to determine the goals and criteria of efficiency that are consistent with the priorities of the state's economic policy, for example, the development of competition, import substitution in critical segments, increasing added value in processing, supporting employment in the regions.
