Ownership and Management. Editorial Board

The journal is founded by the International Classical University named after Philip Orlyk (Ukraine). The founder does not manage the journal but may make proposals for its development. The editorial board consists of scholars who voluntarily support the ideas of global prosperity. New board members are elected by majority vote. Board members adhere to ethical policies. Violations of ethical standards result in exclusion from the board with no possibility of re-inclusion.

The Chair of the Editorial Board is appointed and replaced by a decision of the board, adopted by majority vote. Administrative work is carried out by the Technical Editor appointed by the Chair of the Editorial Board. The Technical Editor operates within the journal's ethical policy.

Editorial Process and Quality Control

The editorial board ensures proper editorial process and quality control. All articles undergo the same editorial process, which includes article submission, quality control, and either publication or rejection.

The quality control process includes an initial check by the Technical Editor for compliance with requirements and plagiarism (using Grammarly). If no issues are found, the article is sent to reviewers for double-blind peer review. Based on the review results, the Technical Editor decides on publication, revision, or rejection. The author is informed of the decision with comments (if any). Rejection of the article is final. If ethical standards are violated by the editor or reviewer, the author may appeal to the Chair of the Editorial Board.
