Abstract

Purpose. The aim of the study is to analyze key digital tools and technologies, as well as to examine their impact on the optimization of management processes in entrepreneurial activities within the framework of the network economy.

Methods. The study employed the following scientific methods: analysis and synthesis (to examine digitalization trends, identify key technologies, and form a comprehensive understanding of their impact on entrepreneurial activities in the network economy); content analysis and case study method (to explore specific examples of digital technology implementation, such as CRM systems, ERP solutions, AI, Big Data, AR/VR); and induction (to generalize the results of observations).

Results. Digital technologies have become a driving force in improving management processes and fostering the development of the network economy, creating new formats of collaboration between businesses, partners, and consumers.
The research revealed that the most widespread digital management technologies in entrepreneurial activities are ERP systems, CRM technologies, and Big Data and Analytics. Analysis of successful digitalization cases allowed for the conclusion that, in addition to information systems, the implementation of the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, as well as virtual and augmented reality technologies, is effective. Modern digital solutions stimulate the development of the network economy, where companies actively interact with each other and clients through digital platforms.
The main challenges in the implementation of digital technologies may include high implementation costs, lack of employee motivation, data security concerns, insufficient knowledge and skills among staff, and state-level restrictions. Appropriate strategies will help overcome these obstacles.

Conclusions. The use of advanced digital technologies, such as modern enterprise information systems, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, and machine learning, significantly transforms approaches to enterprise management and opens up new opportunities for optimizing business processes. In combination, these technologies contribute to the development of the network economy and the integration of enterprises into global digital ecosystems, making management more flexible, faster, and more efficient.
