Abstract

The aim of the article is to comprehensively analyze modern trends and challenges associated with the implementation of innovative marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. Particular attention is paid to studying the role of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data (Big Data), in optimizing the processes of developing, testing, and promoting pharmaceutical products. The significance of personalized medicine as a key element in enhancing the precision and effectiveness of pharmaceutical solutions based on individual patient needs is emphasized.

The paper examines omnichannel marketing strategies that ensure effective interaction between pharmaceutical companies and their audiences, including doctors, pharmacists, and end consumers. Special focus is placed on the integration of digital platforms that improve the accessibility and quality of communications, creating added value for patients. The study explores the collaboration of pharmaceutical companies with technological corporations, which fosters the implementation of innovations, cost optimization, and faster market entry for new products.

The methodological foundation of the study includes an analytical approach to market trend analysis, statistical methods for assessing the impact of technologies on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and comparative analysis of successful cases in innovative marketing.

The research results demonstrate that integrating AI and Big Data not only shortens the time to market for new drugs but also ensures their high competitiveness by improving the precision of therapeutic solutions. The implementation of personalized medicine significantly enhances patient satisfaction by offering an individualized approach to treatment.
