Abstract

In the modern digital environment, the personalization of marketing communications is becoming increasingly important, as consumers expect an individualized approach and relevant content. This study aims to assess the potential of artificial intelligence for personalizing marketing communications, as well as to identify the prospects and challenges arising in the process of its implementation in the marketing strategies of modern companies. Methods. The study employed methods of systematic analysis, comparative research, and theoretical generalization to evaluate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence implementation in marketing personalization. The analysis was conducted based on theoretical developments and practical examples of using advanced technologies in marketing campaigns. Results. The findings of the study suggest that the use of generative artificial intelligence to create unique and relevant content significantly increases consumer engagement and enables a high level of real-time personalization. In-depth analysis of customer experience through artificial intelligence allows for the collection of user behavior data, helping to create more accurate customer profiles and deliver personalized recommendations that enhance loyalty and engagement. The application of artificial intelligence in new communication channels, such as social media, voice assistants, and interactive advertising, opens new opportunities for marketers to reach the most promising audiences. Additionally, integrating artificial intelligence into physical stores enables the creation of a unified personalized customer experience by merging online and offline communication channels. One of the primary challenges that companies face when implementing artificial intelligence is the ethical and legal aspects related to the collection and processing of customer data. It is necessary to develop new ethical standards to ensure transparency in data usage and protect consumer rights. The conclusions of this study confirm the high potential of artificial intelligence in optimizing personalized marketing communications; however, further research is required on methodological approaches and regulations to ensure the effective use of artificial intelligence in this context. The adoption of advanced technologies significantly improves customer interaction and enhances companies’ competitiveness in the market. The successful implementation of artificial intelligence in marketing strategies requires a comprehensive approach that includes not only technical aspects, such as machine learning algorithms and big data processing, but also adherence to ethical standards, particularly ensuring transparency, confidentiality, and the prevention of discrimination in customer interactions.
