The article examines the impact of social innovations on the efficiency of labor relations in Ukrainian enterprises, in particular, their role in increasing labor productivity, reducing conflict and creating a favorable professional
environment. The author identifies the main areas of social innovation, which include improving the motivation system, developing an inclusive corporate environment, digitalizing internal communications, introducing flexible forms of employment, and expanding social partnership.
The purpose of the study is to assess the significance of social innovations in the formation of effective labor relations and to identify the main mechanisms for their implementation in the management practices of Ukrainian enterprises.
In the course of the study, a set of scientific methods was used to comprehensively consider the problem. In particular, a thorough analysis of scientific sources was conducted to study existing views and conceptual frameworks. The generalization of the results and the formulation of theoretical conclusions were made possible by using the method of scientific abstraction.
The results of the study show that the introduction of social innovations has a positive impact on the level of staff engagement, which, accordingly, helps to reduce staff turnover and increase the overall competitiveness of enterprises. The introduction of digital interaction tools, including corporate platforms and chatbots for communication, improves the quality of information exchange between employees and management. The practice of developing social capital through corporate social responsibility (CSR) and participation in social projects has been found to increase the level of trust within the team and contribute to the formation of an innovative corporate culture.
The conclusions state that social innovations are an integral factor in improving the efficiency of labor relations and ensuring the long-term development of enterprises. Their integration into the human resource management strategy contributes to the formation of a more adaptive and sustainable organizational structure, which allows enterprises to respond more effectively to the challenges of the modern labor market. Further research should be aimed at developing economic and mathematical models for assessing the effectiveness of social innovations in labor relations, which will expand the possibilities of their practical application.
