The article examines the role of information technologies as a key instrument of strategic human resource management under the conditions of the digital transformation of the economy. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the significance of information technologies in forming an effective system of strategic human resource management and to determine the directions of their comprehensive use in the activities of modern organizations, taking into account the challenges of the digital environment. Research methods are based on the application of general scientific and special methods, in particular analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization of scientific approaches, as well as a systems approach for a comprehensive assessment of the impact of digital technologies on personnel management processes. Research results have shown that the implementation of modern human resource information systems, data analytics technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital learning platforms contributes to increasing the efficiency of HR processes, improving the quality of managerial decisions, and achieving the strategic goals of the organization. It has been established that digital tools allow optimizing recruitment, evaluation, and personnel development processes, reducing costs, and increasing labor productivity. At the same time, a number of problems have been identified, including the fragmented implementation of technologies, the insufficient level of digital competencies of managerial staff, and resistance to organizational changes. Conclusions are that information technologies are a determining factor in the transformation of strategic human resource management. Their effective use is possible provided their integration into the overall development strategy of the enterprise, the development of employees' digital competencies, and the formation of a comprehensive approach to the digitalization of HR functions, which ensures increased competitiveness and adaptability of organizations.
